[When Writers Lose..Collab]

Couple of things...

First, i think the mouse icon should revert when you get to the movie part, because it's just distracting! Second, i think the whole bit needs to be more linear - maybe have a collective plot or something? And, as always, i think people need to learn how to do pixel art, but that's just my opinion.

The rest of it was really good - i liked the mario thing, but the Goomba seemed to be missing a few pixels when it walked, and that part could have REALLY used extra pixel art for the gun and the crater.... that would look really impressive. The sound was kind of lacking, but maybe that's just because i'm really tired and not in the mood for it?

Any way you look at it, it was a pretty decent submission and i'm betting it'll go through, and i'd like to see future collabs from you guys!

Good Enough, But...

But i don't know about it... I mean, it just goes on and on forever? There's no indication that it should ever stop if it doesn't, and there's nothing to indicate EITHER that it WILL NOT stop. There's not enough animation to merit the length - try adding and improving, but the sprite usage was pretty good at least.

You did everything RIGHT

For ONCE, someone gave credit to everything they used, animated what needed animated and left the rest to rot. You even rated it appropriately! I do think that that particular theme is a little over-used for flash, so that brought my rating down a bit, but i did at least attempt to save this.

Personal though - though putting a cock on it might be considered hardcore(?) maybe stick a knife or something in its place and have him gouging the ________ etc.

Good stuff - good humor - a little slow or draw out at times, maybe put in some stuff that would kill epileptics, ya?

Thanks for the review. I intentionally avoided explicit imagery to avoid that AO rating. But, since this one seems to be going over well, I might get nastier in the future. The knife idea is funny, though. It can get a bit boring. Perhaps it could have used some seizure inducing images. Thank you for the advice!

Well, one specifically - for the pictures, it'd be nice to have a button to go back through them if you missed one, eh?

I Laughed So Hard I Stopped Breathing

Daniel Rowe, you are some sort of demi god of flash animation in my books. Your works inspired me to even dream of starting flash, because if i made stuff as funny as you did, maybe there'd be some chance that the viewers would all stop breathing, and then if it was made longer, then maybe they'd KEEP not breathing and then maybe they would all die, and the world would be mine.

Oh hell yes. And i thought you were dead.

Picked Up Poor Sound Quality

I agree with the guy before me - but i have a solution - kill the sound on the video completely and replace it with all bond sounds.

I love the idea - i don't know if it's original or not, but it's a first for me!

Oh and a technical problem - your "PLAY" button shows underneath the video... to fix that real easy just put the preloader in a seperate scene... helps alot if you do that, well, always.

Keep up the good work! I'll be watching!

Ahh so thats how we fix that. Thanks alot for the advice. Doing totally original sounds isnt a bad idea, it would be extremely difficult however. We might try that for future missions!

Splendiferous!

Wow. That's just amazing. He's like pacman with arms and legs! Soooo stupid! haha fun stuff. Animation was flawless, moved a taaad slow at times, but it was nevertheless great. The guy on the chair felt like Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force... was there an inspiration there? Hehe old ladies dying is fun!

Interactivity could use some work

What's the point in a pause button? I'm not too big of a fan of the blob people, but the script made up for it! And the voice of newgrounds... hehe nice work.

Entertaining, but you could tell you just cut it short because you were 'done' doing it, right? That's no excuse!

Random Short No FPS

Your FPS is too low - try 25+... choppy animations are really easy to make, so people expect more out of one. Personally i think that if you spent hours on it, you should spend a few more and complete the song. Y'know? To me it seems like the whole thing is really a music video and it makes no sense to end the video before the song ends.

Fun little animations, though - i like how they flow!
