Sound!
It needs sounds really really really bad.
Maybe you should make a space invaders loading screen too haha but that's just a creative idea for you, not a technical tip.
I like the game, it was fun enough - a little easy, but hey, it's space invaders, right?
Graphics rock, good job overall - just add sounds!

Thnx man. I hope ur talkin' bout sound effects, cuz there is background music. You can toggle it at the beggining of the game.
To repeat or not to repeat...
First off i noted the lack of a button to turn the sound off. Just personal preference i guess, but for a flash tutorial i think that sound should really be optional instead of having us turn down our speakers.
Second i felt that the process varied very little from character to character, and i agree with the other guy's suggestion to include the smaller characters, but my reasoning is so that the viewer can learn other body shapes (since that's typically the first thing people screw up when drawing... well... people).
Since i've seen alot of drawing tutorials i guess i'm probably a harsher critic than most. I only hope is that it's welcome!
On the bright side, you do draw the characters well... can't say that i could tell the difference! And otherwise the interface was great.
Oh, and the music wasn't that bad, it just interferes with my KMFDM ;-)
